Diana obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from UCSF School of Pharmacy in 1992. Since then she has been overseeing and managing her family’s business, Medical-Dental Pharmacy. Her passion for good health and quality of life guides her recommendations. She has your best interests at heart.

Through integrative, sensitive testing, Diana will work directly with your physician to help optimize your health by utilizing bio-identical hormones, vitamins and minerals, amino acids and essential fatty acids to help prevent and treat disease. Diana believes education is the key to wellness and that a healthy brain leads to a healthy body. She specializes in anti-aging medicine with an emphasis on hormone balance and detoxification. Her pharmacy is all about balanced living with vitality.

Diana offers educational seminars to the public and health care providers. She is an Adjunct Professor for UCSF, UOP and Western University Pharmacy Schools. Diana is a member of International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists, American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, and a locally active member of the Circle of Red for the American Heart Association.

Hi! I’m Carolyn Smith. My husband, Barry, and I opened Medical-Dental Pharmacy in February, 1969, at Shields and Millbrook. The pharmacy you see today is the culmination of 41 years of practice, and represents approximately 28 independent Fresno Pharmacies that we purchased throughout the years.

We are extremely pleased with our compounding business and, especially, with having our talented daughter, Diana, at the helm. We look forward to offering you the best customer service, wellness advice, and prescriptions for a healthy, happy life!

My name is Jerry Bermudez and I am the Compounding Technician at Medical-Dental Pharmacy. I first got my start in pharmacy back in 1995. I have proudly worked with the Medical-Dental family for almost 8 years now. However, compounding isn’t all that I am interested in. I was born and raised here, in the Fresno/Clovis area, and take full advantage of what this beautiful area has to offer. When I am not working, you can find me on the trails, hiking, fishing and camping.

My name is Dominga Cline. I am a new employee here at Medical-Dental Pharmacy, however, I have 15 years Pharmacy Clerk experience. I have worked for various pharmacies, but this one proves the most fascinating. I most enjoy providing great customer service to our clients and interacting with them on a personal level.

I am a Clovis resident of 3 years now, a mother of three and a grandmother of seven. I enjoy spending time with my family and going to church. My hobbies are reading and singing.

Serving others has always been a great passion of mine, especially, when it comes to a person’s health and well-being. Since October 2008, I have been employed at Medical-Dental Pharmacy and have had such a joy serving our customers with the highest level of professionalism, while keeping a down-to-earth, yet sincere, atmosphere. It’s my goal to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with their experience here at the Pharmacy.

Hello. My name is Joe Miranda and I have been working with Medical-Dental Pharmacy, off and on, since 1989. After leaving for a brief period, I have been back since November of 2008. Now I’m a Tech and I run fill and compound prescriptions. I also answer the phones and help customers with their needs. When I am not working at Medical-Dental Pharmacy, I enjoy riding motorcycles.

My name is Matthew Zoolakis and I am a pharmacist with roots right here in the central valley. I too grew up in a family retail pharmacy business. I did my undergraduate work at University of Utah and California State University, Fresno, and obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of the Pacific School of Pharmacy in 1993.

After working retail most of my life, I decided to make a career change and in 2000 I left retail pharmacy, switched gears all together, and accepted a position as an oncology pharmacist. This was very exciting because oncology was such an ever-changing and fascinating arena. It was great working on a team with physicians and nurses and I enjoyed playing a vital role in patient care and chemotherapy treatment plans. Unfortunately for myself the nation’s economy and healthcare reimbursement made it financially impossible to support a pharmacist on staff and after 9 years I finally had to say good bye.

My fascination with the human body and physiology has led me to Diana and Medical-Dental Pharmacy. With the increasing number of unexplained illnesses in the world and increasing number of patients with symptoms that seem to decrease their quality of life, I can appreciate the comprehensive treatment approach that Diana brings to the table. It is amazing how the mind, our hormones, and our bodies are all interlinked. With the introduction of neuro-adrenal testing, hormonal testing, and food allergy testing it is unbelievable the information that can be gathered to not only identify possible health problems, but act as a guide to health care providers for a healthier, wiser you. Although I am new to the company, I am really looking forward to working together with you and your health care provider for your health needs.
